Medimec offers precision cleaning and packaging services for your medical devices. Our precision cleaning services are performed in a class 100 to 100,000 cleanroom. Our processes are developed according to the specific requirements of each material and application.

 

We also offer design and manufacturing services of custom process equipments for the precision cleaning and packaging of medical products.  

Our process includes :

 -    Filtered water at 0.2 micron
 -    DI water
 -    Drying system with clean air
 -    Heat seal packaging
 -    Gamma sterilization
